If you register for a workshop or course and later become unable to attend, we are unable to issue a refund of your registration fee. 

Workshops require pre-event costs such as materials, food expenses, and time spent developing content...all based on the number of registrants, and this is covered in the registration fee. Courses require the development of materials, the reservation of spaces and scheduling commitments also based on the number of registrants. Therefore, we are unable to issue refunds. If you are unable to attend a workshop or participate in a course at the last minute, please consider giving your spot to a friend! Thanks for understanding.
